The coil lifting and transfer vehicle moves the steel coil to the slitting unit. The vehicle is designed in a V-shape and lifts up and down using a hydraulic system. The coil transfer vehicle is driven by a motor and gearbox. It is controlled by a push button on the control panel.

The slitting machine unit has the function of uncoiling the steel coil and feeding it into the flattening machine. The slitting shaft diameter can be expanded or contracted through the hydraulic system. The diameter of the slitting shaft is 508 mm. An adapter set is included to increase the slitting shaft diameter, and if the inner diameter of the coil is 610 mm, the installation time for the adapter is approximately 10 minutes.
