Production capability: round pipes – square pipes – rectangular pipes:

• Wide pipe production range: Produces round pipes Ø32–Ø127mm, square pipes from 25x25mm to 100x100mm, and rectangular pipes from 20x40mm to 80x120mm.
• Optimized for common thickness: Specialized operation with best efficiency for pipes with wall thickness from 1.0mm to 2.0mm, suitable for most civil and light industrial applications.
• Pipe output speed: 30–70m/min (speed varies depending on pipe size and specifications).
• Pipe length: 4–8m.
• Versatile material handling: Capable of processing galvanized steel and hot-rolled steel (yield strength ≥300 ≤450 MPA), suitable for mechanical engineering, steel structures, and construction pipe production, meeting diverse input standards.

• Cutting table is monitored by precise PLC control, able to control cutting speed and length.

• Easy to operate by HMI touch screen panel.

• Safety is taken into design by proximity sensor, so cutting table will stop automatically in case of over limited travel distance.

11. Run out table 12m - Quantity: 1

• Sturdy table design with a table length of 12 meters used to move the finished pipe to the tube bundle position.

• Automatic mechanism pushes pipe on two side automatically.

• The run out table is controlled by the AC inverter, so it allows flexible speed customization
