The brush sanding system, invented in Europe, is designed to smooth surfaces, remove wood fibers, and reduce sharp edges after processing through a drum sander.

Our sanding system is capable of handling products from molding processes or doors with intricate patterns (e.g., trims and detailed elements). The brush sanding machine effectively cleans wood fibers from the surface, softens the edges, and prepares the product for the next steps, such as applying lacquer or other finishing processes, or for oil treatment.
Several years ago, when lacquer and water-based paints were developed in Europe, the importance of brush sanding in the finishing stages (cold sanding or final sanding) became evident. Specifically, brush sanding plays a critical role in cleaning lacquer layers, contributing to a flawless product surface.
Today, brush sanding has been proven to reduce wood dust marks on the surface and enhance the application of lacquer/paint by up to 25%. Additionally, the Hong Ky brush sanding system is environmentally friendly and significantly reduces production costs.
